4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service level:

  • Free Evaluation: No payment required
  • Professional Analysis: Payment is due upfront as specified in the service agreement
  • Full Service Appeal: Payment structure is based on a percentage of first-year savings, as detailed in your service agreement
  • Premium Appeal: Custom pricing as agreed upon in your service agreement

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement or required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect services already purchased.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific outcomes or results from property tax appeals
  • That your property tax assessment will be reduced
  • Specific amounts of tax savings
  • Timelines for appeal decisions (which are controlled by county assessors and boards)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TN.tax website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TN.tax or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
